The Enormous Importance of State Election Board Complaint 2023-025. We are THIS close! 100% Proven: 21,000 Unsubstantiated ballots in Fulton. The "Political Vine" Gets Plucked.
The Time for Accountability is NOW!
A friend just sent me the results of the Rasmussen poll taken in the past few days in Georgia:
A huge majority of Georgia voters (62%) are concerned that Georgia’s election system is rigged.
A majority of Georgia voters (55%) are worried that cheating will take place in the 2024 election.
A majority of Georgia voters (56%) know that President Trump is only being prosecuted by Fani Willis because of politics.
A majority of Georgia voters (53%) want the GOP legislature to stop Fani Willis from prosecuting President Trump.
A majority of Georgia voters (51%) want Fulton County DA Fani Willis investigated.
There are a group of writers in this state that seem all too eager to relentlessly gush over Brian Kemp, including Charlie Harper, Todd Rehm, and Jay Bookman, The Governor brings in the global dollars through his Davos connections. No need to worry about integrity in elections, or integrity period, for that matter.
Then there’s this super nice and very special guy named Bill Simon, author of a state-wide newsletter called the Political Vine. He glorifies the RINOs (which happens to include most of our elected Republican State officials). I’ve emailed Bill Simon after two of his last three editions of his newsletter. He’s responded with cursing and swearing that would make your mother blush. Most recently, I sent him a link to the Rossi/Moncla State Election board complaint that (SEB 2023-025) conclusively demonstrated cheating in the November 2020 election.
After relentless babbling about his expertise regarding the 2020 election Simon responded in astonishment by saying “I am not a member of the State Election Board and have not ever seen this”. “Really?” I responded, “because I’m not a member of the State Election Board as well and I found it rather impossible to miss.” Apparently, I annoyed the “expert” so much that he unsubscribed me from his newsletter. Too bad for me.
A friend sent me a copy of Simon’s next newsletter where he defended the corrupt State Republican establishment by saying the clock ran out on the legislators in December 2020 before they could legitimately act on the cheating in the Presidential election. Hogwash.
With the seriousness of what happened with in the November 2020 Presidential election, Kemp should have laid in the middle of Washington Street in Atlanta to stop traffic, if necessary, to draw attention to the corruption. He should have demanded every member of the legislature come to Atlanta and not leave until the truth was extracted.
But, let’s keep our eye on the ball, here. Understand please, the corruption is ubiquitous and systemic, from the top of the Federal government, throughout the State levels, and down into even some local levels.
This entire scheme was planned in 2018 by our esteemed FBI Director Christopher Wray and his sycophants on the seventh floor of FBI headquarters. Wray created something (well before the 2020 election) called the National Task Force on Election Crises (link). (This board remains active and is adamantly opposed to Paper Ballots). Click here for a list of the Members. Who is the first on the list? Why none other than former FBI and Twitter General Counsel James Baker, who played a major role in the Trump/Russia Collusion hoax.
There’s another interesting name on this list, a fellow named Ryan Macias.
Let’s recall and review Ryan Macias’ role in the Fulton County recount vote that differed from the original count by 16,000 votes:
Fulton County announced on their official website at 11:52PM Dec 2, 2020, that the official recount of the 2020 Presidential Election for Fulton County was complete. The deadline for completion was 12AM midnight Wednesday, Dec 2. It consisted of a report that was produced by re-scanning all initially scanned ballots from the November 3rd election. This produced the so-called Batches Loaded Report 1 (BLR1). This report was “reconciled” by the Fulton County Elections board on Thursday December 3. The original intent was to use this document to certify the election. This BLR1 report, time-stamped Dec 3, 12:06 PM was found as an attachment to an email. Seven minutes later, this email was sent by Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron, to Ryan Macias, the so-called “elections expert” and a member of the National Task Force. Through various FOIA requests, these emails were obtained from Richard Barron, the embattled former Fulton County election chief. This official BLR1 machine-scanned output report showed a total of 511,727 votes, 16,000 fewer votes than was found in the November 3 election results.
Barron admitted in a meeting with the Fulton Elections Board, during the December 4th 9AM certification meeting, his team could see they were short, so Barron and the Fulton board relayed this information to the SOS. The SOS shockingly told them to “reconcile” by the end of the day.
What does reconcile mean? You know exactly what it means.
This meeting can be seen here. Watch Barron’s statement at the 15-minute mark.
Ryan Macias had worked with Dominion before the election to validate voting machines in Georgia. He also worked very closely with Jennifer Morrell of the Elections Group as they were election observers who attempted to stop the Arizona audit. One member of this Task Force is Tiana Epps-Johnson, executive director of the Center for Technology and Civic Life, whose organization received $250 million from Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, in 2020, according to “Influence Watch”.
The Secretary of State-ordered reconciled report was 527,925 votes and was referred to as BLR2, a 16,198-vote difference from the BLR1 report. Richard Barron explained how they scanned and re-scanned until they got the votes required. You should watch the (above) video. It’s a thing of beauty. The BLR2 report was submitted to the Secretary of State’s’ office by noon, Friday, December 4, 2020, as Constitutionally required. This process of assembling the BLR2 reconciled report on December 3, 2020, raised massive unanswered questions that have been altogether ignored by every State official and most in the media.
Why was Ryan Macias, who had no official government role in the election, receiving a copy of BLR1, seven minutes after the date stamp. What was his role? Recall the 'margin of victory' for Biden was around 12,000 votes for the entire state. When will we demand accountability from our elected officials, especially our State Legislators?
SEB complaint 2023-025 describes in great detail, the BLR1 and BLR2 discrepancies and the 17,853 missing ballot images. It is currently being scrutinized by Investigators in the Secretary of State’s office. They have already attempted to twist and turn this investigation by saying that poll workers “missed a step” to select the option to save the ballot images. It is impossible to skip a step, as ballot images are proven to be saved in two separate locations as votes are scanned.
Please read what Kevin Moncla said in a recent letter to the SEB. This is extremely powerful:
“It is a fact that the Cast Vote Record for Fulton County's 2020 Machine Recount has records for 17,853 more ballots than Fulton County has ballot images. It is also a fact that the Recount includes 3,125 duplicate ballot images. To those facts I'm confident that we are all in agreement. If you take the number of missing ballot images (17,853) and add the number of duplicate ballot images (3,125), you have a total of 20,978 unsubstantiated ballots. Considering the delta between the two counts, 20,978 effectively matches the 20,713 ballots from the ten tabulators of the original count for which there are no records, In other words, there is good reason to believe that the original count was short 20,713 ballots, and the same shortfall is carried over to the Recount.
Lastly, and I'm speaking only for myself here, I believe it is high time that this complaint be taken seriously. Make no mistake, this complaint and the facts it contains will soon be front and center in the many forthcoming legal cases. This body is the only entity in the state charged with both the responsibility and authority to address these matters. A supplemental addition to Case No. SEB2023-025 will be submitted within 24 hours. Know that Mr. Rossi and I both stand ready, willing and able for consultation and/or questions.”
No records for 10 tabulators. This is serious grounds for having the election overturned, as it is highly egregious.
How are they going to get out of this one?
Then Governor Kemp unexpectedly announced in the latter part of August, that State Election Board Chairman William Duffey resigned immediately in the middle of July.
On the State Election Board website:
“Fair, legal and orderly elections” are the Board’s watch words for our service to the people of Georgia. We are committed to the highest standards of integrity in our service to our state and its citizens and all matters related to the election process. These are the values to which we commit.
Meanwhile, Board Member Matt Mashburn has recently notified Joe Rossi of a change in the Board’s overall policy (grateful that Mr. Rossi willingly shared this info with the public). Board Member Mashburn stated in a recent email, “I do note that it is the current practice of the Board that Complainants do not present during the Investigator’s report like was done at the March 16, 2022 hearing. Accordingly, I wanted to alert you that the practices of the Board have changed in the meantime so as to not catch you unaware.” What does this mean?
They are worried and are further restricting our contact (We the People) with the State Election Board.
No one is returning calls.
Joe Rossi has been waiting over 540 days after filing a different complaint in 2022 to the board and has requested an update on eight separate occasions—-with little or no response.
The Secretary of State’s office is clearly backed into a corner.
They are absolutely scrambling to gain control of this situation. It is up to us to hold them accountable. Call and contact everyone, from the Governor’s office, to the Secretary of State’s office, the State Election Board Office, and every State Legislator. Let them know the SEB Complaint 2023-025 needs to be resolved with total objectivity. This is where the rubber meets the road!
Are these the highest standards of integrity in their service to our state and its citizens (and all matters related to the election process) to which they commit? Mashburn’s ambiguously worded statement doesn’t give me confidence regarding the resolution of any voting issue brought before the State Board. Raffensperger appears to answer to no one……other than an occasional vignette to the Wall Street Journal that generally screams to the public, “please believe me—-I am such an honest person”. Let’s not forget that Raffensperger attended the Soros-linked and Zuckerberg-funded CEIR election Summit in 2023 in Washington DC. Why would he attend this if he weren’t part of the cabal?
When are Kemp, Raffensperger, and the State Election Board going to answer to the people of Georgia?
Kemp has flip-flopped more times than I can count regarding voter theft in the November 2020 Presidential election. I don’t care if my Governor can bring in thousands of State/taxpayer-funded corporate welfare jobs into this State. First and foremost, I want my Governor to have integrity. Period.
Do not let them get away with this! Please make your voices heard.
